Interlaken is one of the smallest, cutest towns I have ever stepped foot in! It is called Interlaken because it is sandwiched between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz and literally, translates to “between lakes” (fun fact!). I have multiple friends that have stayed here and loved it because you can paraglide, kayak, and really embrace the small town feel, so if you’re considering it I would recommend it, however, I just stayed for a few hours and did not feel like I personally needed more time there.

Obviously, Switzerland is known for chocolate, but this place takes it to a whole new level! The cups that say ‘Let’s Get Chocolate Wasted’ make for a great photo, but get this, it actually tastes amazing too (shocking, I know)! It was so delicious that I got chocolate truffles to eat later on as well. 

There are countless chocolate shops in Interlaken and I highly recommend walking around and tasting as many as you can!
