If you haven’t gone to Paris with your best friends, I highly recommend adding it to your bucket list! We had all been to Paris before and so instead of museums and tours we stuck to shopping, eating & drinking. 😉

You really can’t take a wrong turn in Paris! I love all of the surprises that come with taking different routes and walking everywhere. That’s why I love staying in the 1st arrondissement because it is walkable while also offering amazing shopping and restaurants!

Shopping in Paris is undoubtably one of the most fun things to do! There are so many neighborhoods with both designer and boutique shopping. Window shopping is also just as fun with all of the glamorous displays around the city.

My favorite part of this trip was leisurely walking around and pretending to be a local. It was so nice to see the people of Paris just doing life and not rushing from tour to tour. I always recommend having a few free days when traveling to just wander and take in the city as it is!

No best friend trip is complete without hitting the town! We went to the popular club, L’Arc, which was SO much fun! If you look closely you can see the Arc de Triomphe from the club which is just iconic, but it was also popping off all night long. We met lots of friends, but unfortunately they only spoke French and we only spoke English – but we all tried!
EATS

Always have to stop in Ladurée when in Paris! Even though they have a bunch of stores in the US now, a rose macaroon always tastes better in Paris.

Café de Flore is a classic!! This was my first time having a full meal here and I was shockingly impressed by how delicious this food was. I genuinely avoided it before because I thought it was a huge tourist trap, but this was the best place to grab lunch and people watch between shopping!

We took a mid-day coffee break at Café Kitsuné and it was delish! Highly recommend and its really centrally located if you’re between museums.

This was my second time coming to this restaurant and I don’t understand why it isn’t more popular/all over Instagram. It is DELICIOUS and I love that it is tucked away downstairs. It almost feels like a speakeasy. Highly recommend this place, especially for families because you can get a feast!

Tucked away in the Ritz Paris is this charming bar! It is generally hard to get a spot, but we went toward the end of the night. The drinks came with a real rose which was such nice touch!

One morning I woke up before my friends, grabbed a croissant and a latte from Angelina, and enjoyed it in Place Vendôme. It was so peaceful with no crowds around and I loved every second of it!

We went to this restaurant for dinner, which I didn’t realize mostly has duck (which I don’t eat). Luckily, they had a white fish on the menu and it was delicious!! My friends loved the duck as well if you’re into that. Not a must-try place, but a great option!

Night cap at an unknown bar we found! Lol when in Paris!

This place is a MUST!! I come here every time I am in Paris and the line is worth the wait! I believe they have multiple locations and they are always busy. It’s great to walk and enjoy on the go.

This is a classic steak frites staple in Paris! Again, very long lines that were worth the wait in my opinion (but our lines wasn’t as long as some I’ve seen). I’d argue it is pretty touristy and they weren’t the kindest to us, but in the end it was delicious!

The best place in Paris and completely worth. the. hype. I would go back to Paris just to go back here again (and we went a few times during our stay). It is located in a stunning atrium in the middle of the hotel which makes it quiet from the loud streets of the city. The food is to die for – nothing I didn’t love! Order the spicy margs + espresso martinis and thank me later!

I was really excited to try this trendy spot and it was totally worth the hype as well! I loved how aesthetically pleasing the whole place was and it was so much fun to sit on their rooftop and enjoy our meals. 10/10!!

And our late night snack had to be crepes (and a waffle) with nutella, of course! We went to a random stand outside of the club, so I don’t have the name, but you’ve got to enjoy crepes with nutella while in Paris!
